Although formally established in 2017 , our partners have been in the facilities management for over 25 years.
We have inhouse experience of managing facilities for large commercial buildings, private schools with recreation facilities , and a standalone indoor sports and recreation facilities.
Our current ongoing operation at MLS Arena has allowed us to refine and update our skills in managing and operating indoor sports and recreation facilities. We are currently managing a hockey arena, indoor soccer dome, multiple sub leases and all combined assets.

- Have been in the industry for over 25 years.
- Has previously managed properties for major downtown real estate landlords, and top private boys schools in mid town Toronto.
- Currently managing the full spectrum of services at MLS Arena. A private sports and recreation facility in Toronto east, with hockey rink, Indoor soccer dome.
- Substantive hands on experience recreation facilities management and sports arena outsourcing
